Dance Chance
The Union County Youth Ballet sponsors the Dace Chance program for students in grades K-5 Title 1 schools in Union County. Students are given the opportunity to explore and learn the art of classical ballet. Last year, over fifty students from Benton Heights Elementary benefited from this program. This year, the UCYB has over sixty students participating in the program.
Union County Youth Ballet is appreciative of the Union County Community Arts Council, Bonita's School of Ballet, John Hendly, and Benton Heights Elementary School of the Arts for their support of the Dance Chance program. A special thanks to our instructors, Bonita Simpson, Tara Simpson, Madelyn Beck, and Amy Helms, and our assistant instructor, Sarah Bowles.
